Delivery and returns
We are based in The Netherlands, where we also have our warehouse. We ship with UPS as they offer the best delivery service on our planet. Normally all international orders will arrive in three to five business days.
Using your Marie-José & Co account you can check the status of your order anytime.
The shipment costs are calculated based on geography, customer group, product and shipping method. You can view the delivery costs in your Shopping Cart and during checkout.
We pride ourselves in the quality of our products and service. If you are not satisfied with the product or the delivery, i.e. you received a defective product or an item different from the one you ordered you can return the product free of charge within two months after delivery. Please contact our customer service before returning the item. In your message, please include your order number and specify the defect.
Upon receiving your returned product we will immediately send you a new product to replace the defective or wrong product. In case of a defect or in case you accidently received a wrong product the costs of return shipment will be at our expense. We will transfer the money back to your bank account.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or you accidently order the wrong product then it is not a problem! You can return the product within 30 days after delivery.
It is important that the product is complete, undamaged and unused. If you would like to exchange a product or would like a refund, please contact our customers service before returning the product. Please state the article number and order number when contacting our customer service. We will then give you further instructions on how to return the product.
After receiving your returned product we will issue you with a full refund, including the initial delivery costs and excluding the postage costs for returning the product.
Product must be returned in its original packaging and are inspected on return. We do reserve the right to refuse replacement if it has been excessively worn or vandalised.

I received my order but unfortunately the product arrived damaged. Can I exchange it?
If your purchased product has a defect or does not comply with the terms and conditions, then you may return the product free of charge to iZinQ BV within two months of receipt. Please inform us if you would like to return a product. Simply send us a message via our contact page. Please specify the product and the defect. We will then give you further instructions on how to return the product. You will receive a new product within one week after your complaint.
The product doesn't meet the standard requirements. / I ordered the wrong product. Can I exchange the product?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or you made a mistake and ordered the wrong product, iZinQ BV will refund you the total cost of the purchase or exchange the item within 30 days. It is important that the product is complete, undamaged and unused. If you would like to exchange a product or would like a refund, please return the product within 30 working days after arrival. Please contact our customer service for instructions on how to return the product.
When contacting our customer service, please include your invoice number, the product name and a brief description of why you wish to return the item. Upon receipt of your request our customer service will send you an email with further instructions. After you have returned the product (if possible in the original packaging) we will transfer the invoiced amount (incl. shipping costs) to your bank account.
